Shipping, Ordering & Delivery

Orders placed on a weekday before 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally ship that day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally be processed and ship the next business day (M-F).
For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day (M-F). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.
We typically use UPS for Standard Shipping, though in some cases we opt for another carrier depending upon the package weight and location. If you require a specific carrier for standard delivery, email us, after you place your order and we will do our best to ship your order via your preferred carrier.

International

We ship internationally to Canada & the United States only.
Any duty and/or VAT charges incurred for American shipments are payable by the customer without exception.
